Get Back on Track with Peel a Pound Soup
- Can of Tomatoes (whole or stewed)
- An envelope of Onion Soup Mix
- 5 Cups of Water
- 6 Beef Bullion cubes
- Head of Cabbage
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 2 Onions
- 5 Garlic Cloves
Heat in stock pot – tomatoes, onion soup mix, water, beef bullion until boiling. Add chopped onion, garlic and celery and cabbage. Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes. (Also – I added a small can of chili tomato for extra spice! But that’s optional.)
